A significant milestone was reached this month as MNG took possession of their new office facilities in Port Melbourne. Under the guidance of Braith McClure, General Manager, East Coast Operations, the office was transformed over the past month with lighting fast technology, ergonomic facilities and corporate branding.

Designed to accommodate the Melbourne land development team, 3D spatial team and GBGMAPS, the office will serve MNGs East Coast requirements now and into the near future. MNG CEO, Scott Anderson, said, investing in this office, and future expansion, is aligned with our strategic direction for continued growth along the east coast. We continue to strive for class leading facilities to attract and retain talented personnel and this office, along with other strategic investments is part of our commitment to serve our clients.

In the past year MNG has further invested in the region with their new MNG-Altus aerial survey system, incorporating the latest aerial laser scanner, Riegl VQ-480II. The scanner is currently the fastest aerial scanner in Australia and has been utilised on projects from far North Queensland to Southern Victoria. In addition to this, MNG-Cirrus 2 is located in Melbourne and MNG-Cirrus 1 is based in Brisbane to support mobile laser scanning projects along the east coast.
