MNG celebrates cultural change at new stylised office launch
19th December 2017
Over 70 MNG employees and special guests gathered together on Thursday 16 November to launch the brand new Jandakot office refit.
Practically completed on Monday 25 September, the vibrant new working environment is the result of three-months of hard work, imagination and careful planning. Standout features include an open plan layout complete with workstations, hot desks and open meeting spaces, as well as a library featuring six sit-stand desks and a quiet zone where workers can concentrate free of background noise and mobile phones.
MNG CEO Scott Anderson said the launch event was a fitting toast to MNGs exciting new direction. "We've been in Jandakot since March 2009", he said. "And when the idea of a refit was brought up during lease negotiations, we thought it was a great chance to make the office much more than simply a place to work.
"It was fantastic seeing everyone settled in and celebrating what is a new era of sorts for MNG. We set out to create a warm, open environment that reflects our dynamic brand and promotes collaboration and that's exactly what we've achieved.
"We also thought about how to create a welcoming first impression for clients. The open reception area has a friendly vibe, and the feature mural showcasing the history of MNG is a nice touch that we can all be proud of.
"I'd like to personally thank everyone involved in the project for their tremendous efforts, as well as our special guests Dione Bilick (Surveyor General) and Brad McBride (Manager Registrations) from Landgate, MNG founders John McMullen and Gerry Nolan, as well as MNG Board Chair Nicole Lockwood for making the event extra special.
