Strata Title

Ownership of land is a significant part of the lives of everyone in the world. Strata titles were first introduced in New South Wales in 1961 as an improved structure for legal ownership of apartment blocks. Since this time Strata Titles have evolved and each state in Australia has their own laws which govern the laws relating to Strata Titles and properties.

With Strata Titles offering a sometimes more complex approach to land ownership, than conventional residential Freehold Land Titles, MNG's committed staff aim to make the process as simple as possible for each of its highly valued clients by providing expert advice and industry leading strata titling services.

Whether you have a two-lot residential or commercial development, or a 2,000-lot mixed use project in the pipeline, we have the market-leading Built form and Strata Titling capabilities you need to make your development a success.
