Building buzz: MNG develops fresh thinking at UDIA National Congress

30th March 2016

Adelaide showcased its innovative side hosting the 2016 UDIA National Congress on March 8-10.

As one of the biggest conferences on the property development industry calendar, the event is a great chance to hear from expert Australian and international speakers.

MNG has been attending and supporting the UDIA National Congress for over 10 years, with General Manager South Division Stuart Torode and CEO/Managing Director Scott Anderson again flying over for this wonderful networking opportunity.

‎This year’s ‘Buzz’ event explored how to activate places in new and exciting ways, with Stuart and Scott exposed to the latest innovations and must-see land estates in South Australia.

The Study Tour was a standout, showcasing two outstanding local master planning examples that meet the thirst for rising density in capital cities. Consisting of 3,000 homes, The Lightsview infill development has achieved high acclaim, while St Clair showcases an eclectic blend of built form, public realm and transport connectivity.

With the UDIA National Congress due to be held in Perth next year, MNG looks forward to being part of this exceptional event on home soil.
